How are parts handled?
You decide together in the chat: buy the parts yourself against their list, or let the mechanic source them with a receipt. Wakazi is never in the money flow for parts or labour.
What does it cost to hire a mechanic?

To open chat, calls and live tracking for a job, the customer activates a digital Work Session — a small digital purchase priced by the app store for your country. Do workers see my exact address?
No. Before you connect, both sides only ever see an approximate, grid-rounded area. Your exact location and phone number stay hidden until you and the worker agree to work together — and the same privacy applies to the worker.
How do I know the worker is qualified?
Every worker is email-verified, ratings come only from real completed work, the reliability score reflects actual response and completion history, and for regulated trades verified credentials show the exact scope and recheck date.
