wakazi
Discover local talent
Community Scouts connect with real people and local groups. They never create accounts on someone else's behalf.
Community
Community & recruiters
Wakazi grows through people who know people. Referrals, recruiters and partners help more customers and workers meet — with privacy-preserving attribution.
Referrals
Share your invite link. When someone joins through it, the connection is recorded for attribution only.
Recruiters & partners
Start with a conversation about your community and the people you can support. A Wakazi team member confirms the role, training and responsibilities before any recruiting begins.
Help people get started
Activation Coaches guide willing participants through their own profiles and Offers. Passwords, codes and ID documents stay private.
Grow through partnerships
Community groups, training institutions and associations can work through an agreed program with clear responsibilities.
Recruiting is not a promise of jobs or income. A role, territory or compensation plan requires a separate approved agreement.
